Signing in to an account that holds money
Nothing in this sequence touches the balance. Binomo keeps the account on its own side, so a new phone, a cleared browser or the app all show the same figure, and failing to sign in does not put it at risk.

Lost access, and what stays untouched

What a lost login does not do
A forgotten password, a new phone or a cleared browser changes how you reach the account, not what is in it. Balances, pending payout requests and completed verification are held on the platform side, so they are still there when access comes back.
What does change is the timing of anything you have to action yourself: a payout request cannot be made while you are locked out, and a running contract still expires on schedule whether or not anyone is watching it.
Second factor in front of a funded balance
Two-factor authentication is optional and it matters most once an account holds money and a payment route. It puts a second check in front of the sign-in, so a stolen password on its own no longer reaches the balance or the payout form.
The registered email matters for the same reason: the reset runs through it, and an address you can no longer open is the practical way accounts become unreachable. Keep it current before it is needed - the same principle as clearing verification early.
Look-alike pages are a money problem, not a login problem
The realistic threat to a funded account is a page that looks like the sign-in and is not run by Binomo. It does not need to break anything: it collects the email and password as you type them, and the loss shows up later as a balance or a payment route someone else has used.
